Refund policy

Final Sale

• All sales are final.
• Preowned items may show cosmetic wear (scratches, label wear, minor case damage).

Defective Items

• Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for resolution.

Preorders

• Preorders cannot be canceled.
• Orders containing preorder items are held until all items are available.
• To receive items sooner, place separate orders.
• Local pickup: preorder items may be picked up individually as they arrive.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after placement.

Pickup Policy

• Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled at our discretion.
• Canceled orders will be restocked & sold.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee applies to any canceled or refused order.

Abuse / Fraud

• WD Games reserves the right to refuse service or deny claims in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
