Refund policy
Final Sale
- All sales are final.
- Preowned items may show cosmetic wear (scratches, label wear, minor case damage).
Defective Items
- Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for resolution.
Preorders
- Preorders cannot be canceled.
- Orders containing preorder items are held until all items are available.
- To receive items sooner, place separate orders.
- Local pickup: preorder items may be picked up individually as they arrive.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after placement.
Pickup Policy
- Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled at our discretion.
- Canceled orders will be restocked & sold.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee applies to any canceled or refused order.
Abuse / Fraud
- WD Games reserves the right to refuse service or deny claims in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
